Seller

The wheat bags are sold by Sofiann McKerrell, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIRET 511 837 536 00024, 2 rue François Périer, 34000 Montpellier, France. Email: [email protected].

The wheat bags are sewn by Jamila.

Product

A fabric heat bag filled with 1 kg of wheat grains, about 33 to 35 cm long and 18 to 20 cm wide. You choose the fabric when you order: Suns, Fans, or both. Each wheat bag is sewn one by one, so the size and the placement of the pattern vary a little from one to the next.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros on the order page. Launch price: €18.90 per wheat bag instead of €29, or €16.90 per wheat bag from 2 wheat bags ordered (10 at most per order). You can mix both fabrics in one order.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Delivery to a Mondial Relay relay point is free in France. For other destinations, shipping is calculated from your address and shown before payment. Any customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Shipping and pre-order

Wheat bags in stock ship the same day or the next day. When a fabric is out of stock, you can pre-order it at the same price. We ship orders with pre-ordered wheat bags within 10 days.

Order and payment

The order is confirmed when the payment is accepted. Payment is made by card, securely, with Stripe. We never see your card details.

Delivery

In France, the wheat bag is delivered to the Mondial Relay relay point you choose when you order. Outside France, it is delivered to the address you give, with the carrier chosen at payment. If there is a problem with your parcel, write to us at [email protected].

You can also choose free hand delivery. In that case no address is needed: we contact you to agree on a time and place together.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your wheat bag to change your mind, without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at [email protected] with your order number.

You then send the wheat bag back, unused, within 14 days of your message. Return costs are paid by you.

We refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the wheat bag before refunding.

Guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). If your wheat bag arrives damaged or does not match your order, write to us at [email protected].

Safety

The wheat bag can get very hot. Start with 2 minutes in the microwave, add 30 seconds if needed, and always touch it before putting it on you.
