Personal data

When you order, we receive your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We use them only to process your order, deliver it and contact you about it.

This data is shared with our service providers for that purpose only: Stripe (payment), Sendcloud and Mondial Relay (delivery). We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

We keep it for as long as the order requires, then for the period required by accounting rules.

You can ask to see, correct or delete it by writing to [email protected]. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The Stripe payment module may set cookies needed for payment security.

Audience measurement

To know how many people visit the site, which pages they read, where they come from (for example a link shared on social media) and how many orders are placed, we use Google Analytics, with no cookies and no script in your browser.

Our server sends this information to Google. To count visits, it computes an anonymous identifier from your connection, which changes every day. Your IP address is not sent to Google, and nothing is stored on your device.

To know whether our ads on Instagram and Facebook work, our server also sends Meta the pages viewed, checkouts started and orders with their amount, with the same anonymous identifier and the type of browser used. If you arrive on the site from one of our ads, we also send Meta the click code it added to the link address, to know which ad led to the order. No name, email, address or IP address is sent to Meta, and no Meta script is loaded in your browser.
